About Speaker
Anselmo Reyes was a judge of the Court of First Instance from 2003 to 2012, when he was in charge of the Construction and Arbitration List (2004 to 2008) and the Admiralty and Commercial Lists (2008 to 2012). He is currently an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court. He is an Overseas Bencher of the Inner Temple, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
